What are your musical dreams?

In your very first session, the initial conversation and assessment will focus on your own musical background and experiences. You will also work through warm-ups and try a few exercises. Then, students that are not beginners will perform a song of your choice - a song that brings you joy, or that you are familiar and comfortable with singing/playing.

You’ll also share some of your musical goals, which help to inform repertoire choices and shape areas of focus.

Consider:

• What are you hoping to learn about piano, voice, theory, harmony, songwriting or, composition?

• What would you like to discover about composing in and recording your own demos using a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) - or is there something you’d like to learn more about to add to your existing production process?

• Do you have a performance, audition, or recording session to prepare for?
